The ACA is a massive fraud perpetrated by Obama to mislead the American People into dysfunctional socialized medicine. The Government mandated Exchanges (Monopoly) is only a stepping stone. The basic 10 essential items are designed to kill the private insurance market by making it unsustainable to continue doing business under outrageous minimum standards given. The mandate that I be covered for mammogram or that my wife has prostate exam coverage is not to "make us healthy" but rather to make it impossible for private insurance companies to make a truly affordable plan and make a profit.
The promise that Obama and the Democrats went around the country stating unequivocally that "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan, period" was a clear deception. I am not strongly opposed to some form of socialized medicine as I believe a majority could be convinced IF it was approached in an equitable and honest manner. Countries like Japan and Germany have different forms of it each having their strengths and weaknesses that we could have learned from.
A LEADER would have been HONEST to the American People, making the case for socialized medicine and really working together as a country to address the issues and craft a MEDICAL SYSTEM that could have been a huge success and the envy of countries around the world. Things that are good for our country usually don't require the Government to pass laws mandating the participation.
The Health Care Reform could have been a great success for this country and indeed when Obama took office the opportunity was their to accomplish something that would greatly improve the lives of millions of Americans. The opportunity was their unfortunately the man to make it happen was not. Instead we get BO who seems to be a compulsive lair
Instead Jr Senator Obama and some Democrats (Harry Reid) made the decision that in order to get this through they would lie to the American People on the very premise of what the ACA was. He worked with insurance companies to cobble together the ACA. They did this all while not consulting with or getting advise from doctors, nurses, small clinics and most importantly the Republicans. Obama had to bribe various states to get them to sign onto the bill, pass the thing in the middle of the night immediately before Christmas break on a completely partition vote in the House and Senate which clearly violates the spirit of the Constitution and goes against good judgment and could border criminal negligence when millions will lose the policy they had. Making the start dates of the punitive parts of the ACA until after the 2012 midterm elections. Its always political to BO.
So we have the blind leading the blind down a road that nobody was informed we were going down. This is not only dishonorable, its a recipe for a huge disaster leaving millions more without insurance then we had before the law. This has got to be stopped before the first of the year. We are not going to try what was clearly a lie. It's not OK to say: Well here we are so what difference does it make.
It was built on a lie and you know damn well that an insurance co. CEO that did what Obama did would be in jail. This seems to be a consistent theme with the Obama administration. He is not good at debating over his beliefs. What he is good at is creating a false narrative, discredit his opposition or throwing a debate stopping assertion that someone only opposes him because he is black.
Are you going to be part of Barack Obama's legacy of dividing our country rich vs. poor; white vs. black; Democrats vs. Republicans all for political gain to deceive the American People into something they are not expecting, don't want doesn't work, is ridiculously over priced and doesn't have the benefits previous plans had? When people die as a result of the ACA causing the cancellation of the plan they had which paid for the team of doctors that kept them alive. Now they can't even get a plan even if they wanted to because the armature website that was created by Michelle Obama's Princeton classmate is another example of corruption combined with incompatible. Thankfully Obama is proving to be incompetent otherwise we would not be able to identify much of the corruption throughout this law.
Already many top Ca hospitals announcing they will refuse all but 1 ObamaCare exchange plans.
This has to be stopped. It is so outrageous people need to be in JAIL for this criminal failure that will hurt millions of Americans. People WILL DIE after being left without healthcare on Jan 1st. The many cancer patients that will loose coverage that they could afford and now find themselves without being able to afford the new alternative.

Obama's broken promises to The American People A.K.A. a LIE or Deception or Manipulation or Scam
How the Obama admin is planning on turning the American healthcare industry into a socialized medicine without the general public having any idea.
During the original run-up to the passage of the ACA there was were rumors that this was an attempt to force Americans into socialized medicine.Because the majority of America does not support the idea of socialized medicine. Instead of making the argument to the American People for the need for socialized medicine the Obama administration felt it was a better idea to lie to the American People.
For the next year Obama and the Democrats campaigning for the ACA. They repeatedly promised that "If you like you healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan" and also "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor". They repeated it every chance they got. On TV, on the radio and in social media. Obama also professed "This is not a TAX" and "I will not sign any bill that adds 1 thin dime to the deficit" all the way until the ruling by SCOTUS
It was in July of 2010 that an IRS report came out indicating that in the private individual marketplace 40%~67% or current policy holders would not be grandfathered in. That means if you like your plan, there is a 33%~60% chance you can keep your plan. Not exactly the promise that Obama made to The American People.
There is an effort underway to try to mitigate some of the damage caused be plans being dropped. A bill in the House called "Keep Your Health Plan Act of 2013" however, it is expected to be opposed by Senate Democrats as is anything the Republicans try to accomplish for the American People. The Democrats have shown a complete unwillingness to cooperate with Republicans ever since Obama has been in office.
The ACA was never popular and that's when most Americans didn't know what the intentions of the ACA was. It sets out to destroy company sponsored healthcare and privately funded individual plans. ACA Constitutional Violations
A large number of Americans think that the ACA is Constitutionally legal. They believe that SCOTUS has reviewed and determined that it is Constitutional. The main street media also perpetuates this false belief all to support Obama's agenda to remake our country into something its not.
The ACA violates the spirit and intent of the Constitution and will likely be overturned by SCOTUS in 2014. Everyone trying to say that SCOTUS said it was Constitutional is WRONG. It was determined to be unconstitutional under the Commerce clause however, under Congresses power to Tax & Spend the ACA could be enacted as a tax. The intent of SCOTUS is to stop the uninsured people in America abusing the ER by using it for a cold\flu or a cut finger just because they don't have insurance. It was there intent to guarantee everyone using healthcare services in America has some skin in the game and contribute in some way.
SCOTUS never intended for this to allow a transition to socialized medicine however, Harry Reid and Obama jumped at the chance to force socialized medicine onto the American People when nobody was looking. Obama admin is using the ACA as the stepping stone to get to socialized medicine (Obama/Reid's stated goal) One additional caveat to the SCOTUS decision is the tax cannot be challenged until after enacted. The ACA will be enacted on Jan 1, 2014. SCOTUS just kicked the can down the road.
Another Constitutional violation was the way they created the funding bill.
Every tax revenue bill MUST originate in The House of representatives. This was a law they needed a way around. They did it using a non-controversial bill that passed through the House. Once the Senate had the bill they stripped it. Removed the title so it was only the bill no. They removed all provisions in the bill and anything related to its original content.
The Senate Democrats added an amendment (Several thousand pages) to that bill containing all the funding provisions for the ACA. The House did not do any additional debates but rather just approved it once the Senate passed the amended bill. This is a violation of the Origination Clause in our Constitution that says tax bills must be initiated in the House.
The entire ACA has been 1 lie after another. It has never been what it was sold as. It was such a huge bait & switch scam committed by the Obama administration on Americans. This is such a disgusting abuse of power that it can never last. We just need to prey that it gets stopped before Jan 1st 2014. After that date a large portion of the damage will be permanent. Once millions of Americans loose insurance they already had they will never be able to get those back, their gone forever.
Part of Obama's plan intended to bolster the enrollment numbers is the fact that millions of Americans are loosing the insurance plan they currently have (In direct conflict with Obama's promises) so those millions of people without insurance thanks to ObamaCare will either pay the penalty tax or buy a new plan that is ACA compliant. Those ACA compliant plans offered through the exchange are typically much higher than any of the plans people are loosing. sometimes as much as 300% more. If after loosing insurance because of the ACA and you cannot afford the hi priced alternatives to what you had you will be an uninsured American paying the IRS a penalty for the privilege of being an uninsured American.
Obama administration was betting on the millions loosing insurance to just suck it up and buy the new more expensive plans from the exchanges. If the website worked properly, this deception wouldn't be so evident because enrollment numbers would be good, that would dominate the headlines. The fact that more people are loosing insurance than the number of people buying insurance has helped to highlight the bigger scam that is ObamaCare.
The ACA was passed into law using every deceptive political trick in the book. They have stopped at nothing to force the ACA onto Americans against their will. It is a tax revenue stream for our Government and that's the reason they are fighting so hard. The Democrats don't give 2 shits about the health of their constituents. One side is never supposed to be able to impose its will on the other side, that is a direct violation of what a Democracy is all about.
This is a money grab, plane & simple.

Many people have been converted to part-time employees. These people who are now part-time are not able to afford the higher insurance rates. Thats right, I said higher insurance rates unlike the $2,500 reduced rates Obama promised. The reality is higher rates, lower quality care, less doctors, less options.

To pass any law with a single party line vote of 100% Democrats and 0 Republicans in the Democratically controlled House and Senate then signed into law by the Democrat POTUS. This is a clear violation of the intent of the Constitution. There is NEVER supposed to be an alignment of this type with members that follow party orders to vote for something because your party says so. The Congress is always supposed to be in conflict with each other. The Senate should oppose the House and House oppose Senate.
